Terms of use

Pump v2 is a website that helps you create and trade memecoins on Meteora's contracts on Solana. Independent. Not made by pump.fun. Pump v2 does not hold your funds or your keys. Every transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet.

• Memecoins have no intrinsic value. Their price can drop to zero at any moment.
• Transactions on Solana are final. Nobody can reverse them, including us.
• Nothing on Pump v2 is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

• You are responsible for the coin you create, its name, picture, description and links.
• Do not create coins that impersonate a real person, company or project, or that break anyone's rights.
• We may hide a coin from the site. A coin on chain cannot be deleted by anyone.
• The deploy fee is 0.25 SOL plus Meteora's account rent, and it is not refundable once the coin exists.

• You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and allowed to use crypto services there.
• Do not attack, overload or misuse the site, and do not use it to break the law.
• The site is offered as it is. It can change, pause or stop at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Pump v2 is not liable for losses from trading, from the coins on the site, from bugs in the site or in the contracts it uses, or from anything you sign in your wallet.
